Learning
The Learning(opens in new tab) section provides insights into your organization’s enablement activities with content from the SAP Enterprise Support Academy, available in the SAP Learning Hub, edition for SAP Enterprise Support.
Enablement assets include Expert-guided Implementations (EGIs), Meet-the-Expert (MTE) sessions, Learning Programs, and E-learnings.
You can access this section via Summary – SAP Enterprise Support Academy (Last 6 M), which displays key KPIs such as:
- Total learning activities – counts of access, enrollment, and completion events (assignments are excluded).
- Distinct learning assets – the number of unique assets (by component ID) consumed by your organization during the selected timeframe.
- Assigned learning programs – Number of users who enrolled to a learning program.
The underlying data model covers learning activities from the current year plus the previous two full years.
Go to the Learning section in SAP for Me.
Procedure
From the sidebar, select Reporting → Learning tab.
Charts and Table
By default, three graphs and one table are included. If you click on a segment in one graph, this will filter the data in the other graphs and in the table accordingly. Click the segment again to deactivate the filter.
By Deployment Model – Displays consumption by deployment model — Cloud, onPremise, or Cloud_and_onPrem (hybrid).
Each learning asset is tagged with its respective deployment model. Selecting a model filters all other graphs and tables accordingly.
Note: Cloud_and_onPrem is used for assets not linked to a specific product or deployment type, such as general support-related sessions.
By Delivery Method – Shows consumption by delivery method, including EGIs, MTE sessions, E-learnings, and (where applicable) Best Practice Documents, or Tutorials.
Each bar represents the number of consumed items, color-coded by deployment model, giving a quick overview across formats and models.
Top 10 Consumed Learning Assets – Lists the most frequently consumed learning assets, showing the number of learning activity events and color-coded delivery methods for easy comparison
Consumed Learning Assets – Provides a detailed table view of all consumed learning assets. Click Settings to:
- Show or hide table columns.
- Sort and filter data.
- Group results as needed.
The Event Type and Number of Learnings columns show how activities were counted, while Training Date indicates when the event (assignment, access, enrollment, or completion) occurred.
