Cloud Delivery Tab

On the Cloud Delivery tab, you can get an overview of migrations for a customer.

Procedure
  1. From the sidebar, select Partner Dashboards > Customer Success > Customer Adoption tab.
  2. Select a customer name from one of the cards to go to the customer details page.
  3. Select the Cloud Delivery tab.
  4. The Cloud Delivery tab contains the Next-Generation Cloud Delivery Schedule card. It helps you keep track of the status and timeline for transitioning your customer's cloud solutions to data centers and new infrastructure.
  5. You can export the information on the card to an .xlsx file on your computer.
  6. If you have questions, select the Get Assistance button on the top right to access Guided Partner Support for the Customer Success Dashboard.
