Customer Details Page
On the customer details page, you can see all customer information, including their portfolio, cloud usage, orders & renewals, and cloud delivery.
Procedure
1. From the sidebar, select Customer Success.
2. Choose any of the tabs Contracts, Renewals, or Consumption.
3. Select a customer name from the cards Cloud Active Sales Contracts, Upcoming Cloud Renewals, Upcoming Maintenance Renewals & Missing Purchase Order, or Cloud Platform Pay-Per-Use to go to the customer details page.
4. The customer details page has these tabs:
- Cloud Contracts tab
The Cloud Contracts tab lets you review and manage your customers’ SAP Cloud Contracts. - On-Premise tab
The On-Premise Contracts tab lets you review and manage your customers’ SAP On-Premise Contracts. - Provisioning tab
PMC/BPO Partners can view their customer system provisioning status and readiness. - Consumption tab
Review public cloud consumption, Cloud Platform Enterprise Agreement Credit Usage, Private Cloud Consumption and On-Premise Consumption/Licence Audit
5. You can export the information on each card to an .xlsx file on your computer.
6. If you have questions, select the Get Assistance button to reach out to the Partner Support Hub.
