GoToAssist Corporate is a web-based remote-support technology that enables SAP support professionals to analyze and resolve technical issues online using screen sharing, mouse and keyboard control and other tools.  It is integrated into the SAP remote support infrastructure and complements SAP’s portfolio of remote access solutions for our customers.

Netviewer one2meet 6.4 by Citrix

Netviewer one2meet is a tool that provides application and desktop sharing to analyze and resolve technical issues online using screen sharing, mouse and keyboard control. 

Netviewer one2meet 6.4 is no longer supported by SAP since January 1st 2017!

It is mandatory for all customers to replace Netviewer one2meet with Citrix GoToAssist after December 31st, 2016 in case they want to receive remote support via screen sharing from SAP.

However, it is still used exclusively for the purpose of screen sharing by SAP VAR and Software partners who utilize the SAP Remote Connectivity framework via their SAP Solution Manager for the processing of SAP incidents.
