Run SAP Partner Program

The Run SAP Partner Program is for Partners who want to know more about, or who specialize in, SAP Solution Manager. The program focuses on enablement and certification around SAP Solution Manager processes.

Enablement opportunities include access to the SAP Learning Hub and its various assets such as guided self-services, Quick IQs, Meet-the-Expert sessions, and Expert Guided Implementation sessions (EGI). There are also specialized webinar topics and targeted information campaigns.

Partner membership requires:

  • Fully executed Run SAP Partner Program agreement
  • Annual membership fee of 3000€

For Partners with expertise in SAP Solution Manager who wish to offer a hosting opportunity for customers, the SAP Solution Manager as a Managed Service (SMaaMS) is an offering under the Run SAP Partner program. To ensure that customers can confidently rely on their Partner for providing SAP Solution Manager processes under SMaaMS, a certification process is required. This certification is completed through the following steps:

  1. Be a Run SAP Partner Program member.
  2. Identifying SAP Solution Managers processes to be offered under the SMaaMS portfolio.
  3. Completing training requirements for each offered process (via classroom training and/or EGI sessions).
  4. Completing a SMaaMS checklist with details pertaining to the planned SMaaMS environment.
  5. Showcasing knowledge with a demonstrable SAP Solution Manager system during an audit exercise.

Partners achieving certification as a SMaaMS Provider may offer this service to customers within their defined region for a period of two (2) years with re-certification expected thereafter.
