Steps to access your SAP Signavio workspace: 

Modeling Solutions

  1. Open you web browser: use any modern web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. 
  2. Navigate to the SAP Signavio Login page. 
  3. Enter your credentials: username (your email address) and password - if this is your first time logging in, you have received an email with your login credentials. If you haven't received this, check your spam folder or contact your system administrator. 
  4. Access the workspace: once logged in, you will be directed to your SAP Signavio workspace where you can start utilizing the platform's features. 
  5. In the top right navigation bar, choose SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, using the app switcher.

Process Insights

  1. SAP Signavio Process Insights runs on the SAP Business Technology Platform. 
  2. Your subaccount administrator needs to set up your user access to the SAP Signavio Process Insights application in the SAP BP cockpit.

Troubleshooting access issues: 

  • For questions on SAP for Me navigation, S-user ID and Universal ID contact the Customer Interaction Center. 
  • For product related questions open a ticket in SAP for Me.
  • For non-technical questions contact your SAP Sales representative or Customer Success Partner or our shared Customer Success Inbox signavio_success@sap.com.
