To ensure that customers can confidently rely on their Partner for providing SAP Solution Manager processes under SMaaMS, a certification process is required. This certification is completed through the following steps:
Partners achieving certification as a SMaaMS Provider may offer this service to customers within their defined region for a period of two (2) years with re-certification expected thereafter.
