It’s happening! On Wednesday, April 26th, we’re retiring the current SAP Support Portal and replacing it with a new and improved version. You’ll still access support at support.sap.com; but, soon the website will be more streamlined, easier to navigate, and mobile-enabled.

SAP is continuing to help businesses “run live” with its Next-Generation Support approach. Expert Chat is a live chat function that connects SAP customers to technical support experts, instantly. The company found that the new service resolves incidents nearly twice as fast as traditional SAP support channels.
On March 31st, we’re introducing the new and improved SAP Support Portal that’s simpler, easier to navigate, and mobile-enabled.
In order to offer you a great support experience, we’ve restructured content and navigation based on customer feedback.
What is not changing?
The SAP ONE Support Launchpad will not change as part of the SAP Support Portal redesign – and you can still access it easily through the SAP Support Portal.
The new SAP Support Portal and the older version of the site will run in parallel until April 26th, 2017. On April 26th the new portal will permanently move to http://support.sap.com and the older portal will be inaccessible.
Start using the new preview site today, and on March 31st, take advantage of the fully redesigned SAP Support Portal.
We are following up on customer reports regarding service interruptions and slow application performance over the last couple of weeks, which led to several service disruptions impacting access to the SAP ONE Support Launchpad on February 16th, 22nd & 23rd. Read more.
