The new fully automated SAP Enterprise Support Report has been released in the SAP One Support Launchpad.
The Enterprise Support Report can be launched through the Support Report Document tile on the homepage of the SAP One Support Launchpad, and allows customers to generate reports not only for their on-premise landscape but also for the following cloud solutions:
- SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP Business ByDesign
- SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud
The Enterprise Support Report cloud edition provides a simple, integrated and comprehensive overview of support statistics for each individual customer, their incidents, contracts, license compliance, systems and availability, usage, performed maintenance and more.
The proven SAP ONE Support program now includes SAP Cloud solutions from Concur, SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass and a rich set of new options for hybrid landscape management powered by SAP Solution Manager and the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. Starting December 9th, SAP Support offers chat as a new contact channel for non-technical assistance.
Users of the SAP Support Portal and the SAP ONE Support Launchpad can now also use chat or submit an online form to
- Inquire about existing incidents
- Ask questions about SAP ONE Support Launchpad and its applications
- Get help for S-User queries
- Request SAP Remote Services
This service is available 24x5 Monday to Friday in English.
Customers can continue to contact their Local Support Center by phone and email.
The 2017 release dates for the support applications in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad have been scheduled. While we go to any lengths to avoid disruptions, we recommend that you do not schedule major go-lives or upgrades for these dates as applications like SAP Notes Search, incident form, system data administration, and others, may be temporarily unavailable.
