Three Certifications to prove your Customer COE Maturity

The SAP Customer COE is the central collaboration hub in three maturity levels for SAP business and IT departments to act as service provider and business innovation enabler.

Running a certified Primary Customer COE is a contractual element and demonstrates proficiency in important basic functions. The SAP Primary Customer COE Certification provides a solid foundation for interacting with SAP. This certification consists of self-service by filling out an online-questionnaire. A follow-up call in case of ambiguities is optional.

The Primary Customer COE Extended Certification as such is the bridge between both. The Primary Customer COE is led about participating in a benchmarking gradually to the continuous improvement process and thereby increased steadily its own maturity.

The Advanced Customer COE Certification confirms as optional basis an excellent integrated end-to-end solution orchestration and a KPIs driven continuous improvement process through an effective Quality Management System. This shall be renewed on an annual basis. This Certification is performed remotely and onsite.
