Running a certified Primary Customer COE is a contractual element and demonstrates proficiency in important basic functions. The SAP Primary Customer COE Certification provides a solid foundation for interacting with SAP. This certification consists of self-service by filling out an online-questionnaire. The Advanced Self-Assessment identifies areas of improvement for Primary Customer COE(s) on their journey towards Advanced maturity. After completion, SAP will provide a rough estimation of the maturity of your processes including maturity indicators and recommendations in each area. This Assessment cannot replace the SAP Operations Planning Workshop, where SAP interacts directly with your experts and comes up with a sophisticated and precise evaluation, including a tailored action plan. The Advanced Customer COE Certification confirms as optional basis an excellent integrated end-to-end solution orchestration and a KPIs driven continuous improvement process through an effective Quality Management System. This shall be renewed on an annual basis. This Certification is performed remotely and onsite. More Information
