Enhanced Audit Service
The Enhanced Audit Service is a comprehensive, in-depth license audit for selected customers to verify that the customer is compliant with its contract terms.
The scope and delivery method may be adjusted to the circumstances, but by default includes all licensed SAP products and areas of “Use” including Usage of SAP Software via interfaced third-party systems. The output is a detailed audit report that is shared with the customer.
The scope of the Enhanced Audit needs to be defined before the start of the audit and is clearly communicated in the audit notification.
Enhanced Audits can be executed as on-site or remote engagements, depending on the scope and the specific situation.
