This page explains the usage rights of SAP Solution Manager for customers* with an active SAP support and maintenance agreement.
SAP Solution Manager is delivered as part of the support contract. Within this contract, SAP grants usage rights for SAP Solution Manager.

 

Usage Rights Scope

The scope of the usage rights depends on the maintenance agreement and is independent of the SAP Solution Manager release.

  • The Usage Rights include Focused Build for SAP Solution Manager and Focused Insights for SAP Solution Manager – at no additional costs.
  • SAP Enterprise Support** customers can manage their whole IT (including non-SAP Components),  while SAP Standard Support customers solely manage their SAP components with SAP Solution Manager.
  • SAP Enterprise Support** customers can use the full functional scope of SAP Solution Manager including the SAP Enterprise Support only functionalities, while SAP Standard Support customers can use the full functional scope of SAP Solution Manager except these functionalities.
