SAP Solution Manager 7.1 Processes

Agile life-cycle management efficiently manages requirements, architecture, design, application development, quality, testing, monitoring, alerting, maintenance, changes, projects, upgrades, and releases.

SAP customers are entitled to use the processes in SAP Solution Manager to support projects and solutions throughout the entire life cycle, as part of their support engagement.

SAP customers with an SAP Enterprise Support or premium engagement are entitled to use all of SAP Solution Manager's functionality with the embedded SAP tools. Some usage rights are; however, restricted for SAP Standard Support customers.
