SAP Cloud Identity Services Administrators Card

For SAP Cloud Identity Services systems, the SAP Cloud Identity Services Administrators card lists identity authentication administrators. Super administrators can also add new entries to the list.
 


Procedure

  1. From the sidebar, select Systems & Provisioning → Systems tab. 
  2. In the Public Cloud Systems card, filter by Cloud Service and restrict to the service Identity Authentication.
    This narrows the list down to SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) systems. 
  3. In the System columns, click the system number of an SAP Cloud Identity Services system to enter the system details page for that system.
    Note:  You require either the authorization Display System Data or Edit System Data. Reach out to a user administrator in your company to request it. 
  4. On the system details page, under the General tab, the SAP Cloud Identity Services Administrators card lists names and e-mail addresses of the administrators. 

With Super Administrator rights, you can add more administrators: 

  1. Select Add
  2. In the Add a new administrator interface, enter the First Name, Surname, and Email address of the new IAS administrator.
  3. Select an Email domain from the pre-configured allowed Email domain list.
  4. Click Submit

An SAP Cloud Identity Services provisioning e-mail is sent to the newly added user.
