Notifications

If you have maintained an e-mail address in your SAP for Me user profile, you will be automatically notified by e-mail when the status of your cases has changed to the following:
  • In Processing by SAP
  • Customer Action
  • SAP Proposed Solution

A notification is also sent if the case is with SAP and the processor shares an update with you (Info to Customer). A follow-up email is sent as a reminder if no action is taken within seven days.

To unsubscribe from these notifications, go to the SAP for Me Notification Center(opens in new tab). Here you can also opt-in to receive SMS text messages; these are not activated by default. Notification via SMS is supported in most countries worldwide.
