The new Share this Dashboard View feature makes it easy to share your customized Customer Insights Dashboard (CID) view with colleagues within your organization.

When a colleague opens a shared URL, CID loads the dashboard in the same configured state as the original view, including the applied filters, selected columns, and sorting.

The Share this Dashboard View button is available within a CID view. When selected, it generates a URL that captures the current configuration of your dashboard.

You can copy the generated URL and share it with colleagues through channels such as email or Microsoft Teams.

1. Open CID and customize the dashboard view as needed.
2. Select Share this Dashboard View to generate a link.
3. Copy the URL and share it with your colleague.
4. When the recipient opens the URL, CID displays the view using the same configuration.

• The recipient must have a valid S-User account with access to Customer Insights Dashboard.
• Share this Dashboard View is intended for internal use within your organization only.

Notes

The shared URL captures the view configuration at the time the URL is generated.

If you make additional changes to the view after generating the URL, you must select Share this Dashboard View again to create a new link that reflects the updated configuration.
