Customer Overview
Overview
The Customer Overview(opens in new tab) section provides essential information related to you as a customer. This includes:
- Customer Name
- Customer Number
- Country
- Industry
- Customer Center of Expertise Information
- Website
The information displayed corresponds to the customers selected in the Customer Filter. By default, all your customers are selected, meaning you see information for all.
Go to the Customer Overview(opens in new tab) section in SAP for Me.
Geo Locations
This map displays the geographical position(s) of your company. If you have multiple customers, they will be displayed across different countries accordingly. If more than one of your customers is located in the same country, the map will indicate the number of companies in that country.
You can zoom in and out of the map and move it around using the navigation controls.
Global Regions
This visualization categorizes the global region(s) of where your company is located. You can see how many of your customers or companies are present in each region. By clicking on a specific region, the table underneath updates to display relevant data for that region.
Customer Detail Table
The table provides detailed information about you as a customers, including:
- Country
- Industry
- Customer Number
- Certification Type
- Certification Status
- Certification End Date
- Company Website
The table dynamically updates based on your filter selections and region selection from Graphic Global Regions.
