The Cloud Test, Demo & Development Licenses card provides a view on the active Cloud Test, Demo & Development Licenses. The data can be filtered, sorted, grouped and columns adjusted based on the partners needs. Export option provides an Excel extract with all the information available in the card.

From the sidebar, select Partnership → Test, Demo & Development tab where you can find the Cloud Test, Demo & Development Licenses card.
 

Card details:

• Edition – Core or Add-on Edition.
• Material – Material ID.
• Quantity – Number of units.
• Unit – Type of unit.
• Contract ID – Represents the ID of your contract, also referred to as Case ID / Reference ID on the order form.
• SAP Order Item – This ID is SAP's logical bundle ID of some of your contracts (e.g. initial order + add-on order will receive the same SAP Order ID).
• Contract Ends – Contract End Date and number of days to renewal.
• Date Period – Type of Contract Period (PAST, CURRENT or FUTURE).
• Monthly Fee – Amount per month in local currency. 
• View Contract menu – you can directly perform actions per contract: 
  • Type of unit
  • View Contract Details.
  • Terminate Contract.

The Order Cloud License button opens a pop-up window where the partner can browse through all the available materials and buy now.

Manage Approval redirects the partner to external Manage My Approvals app.
