Level Tab

The Level tab on the Partnership dashboard includes key details about your SAP PartnerEdge Level (Basic, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

Procedure

From the sidebar, select Partnership → Level tab. It contains the following:

  • Partnership Level card
    Provides the Partner has an overview of his SAP PartnerEdge Level and the number of points accumulated and the gap to reach the next level.

  • Partner Current Cloud Backlog card
    Partner Current Cloud Backlog (CCB) represents a partner's future cloud revenue that is contracted and committed (non-cancellable) for the upcoming twelve months.
    • It considers both bookings and renewals in this twelve-month period, starting from the first day of the calendar quarter after the closed quarter end. For every Euro value in the Partner CCB, you are rewarded a set number of points.
    • For every 1% of year-over-year Partner CCB growth and provided that the growth base in the prior year meets the minimum threshold, you are also rewarded a separate set number of points. Points for this achievement are updated every quarter after SAP officially announces earnings to the public.
    • Partners can action Go to Customer Health to easily access this area of SAP For Me and have an overview of this category.
  • Deployed ACV card
    Deployed Annual Contract Value (dACV) represents the sum of annual contract values of projects successfully deployed by partners. 
    • It considers both SAP direct projects, partner indirect projects, and projects delivered collaboratively by multiple partners.
    • Deployed projects' values are summed up for the past twelve months (four closed quarters, new figures visible around 20 days after quarter end) and points are rewarded based on achieved dACV tiers where the points value for the highest tier is also the maximum points for this achievement. 
    • Points for this achievement are updated every quarter after its financial closure.
    • Partners can action “Go to Customer Health” button to easily access this area of SAP For Me and have an overview of this category.
  • Competencies card
    Each designated competency is rewarded with a set number of points. The points vary by competency tier and are rewarded to all affiliates within a partner group, similar to how competency designations are applied. 
    • Points for all competency designations are summed to a set maximum of points. 
    • Points for this achievement are updated daily.
    • Partners can action “Go to Competencies” button to easily access this area of SAP For Me and have an overview of this category
