Competencies & Specializations Details Page

The Competencies & Specializations details page lets partner operations persons analyze the details of their competencies and specializations area so that they can prescribe and register additional activities to gain more competencies and specializations.

Required Authorization

To view this card, you need to have any of the partner contact functions Partner Manager, Partner Security Manager, or Partnership Basics.


Procedure

  1. From the sidebar, select Partnership → Competencies & Specializations tab → Partner Competencies & Specializations card.
  2. Click an item in the Competency Area column to enter the Competencies & Specializations details page for that competency.

The page header shows the following details:

  • Competency name
  • Achieved competency level (Essential, Advanced, Expert)
  • Information about whether the competency has been achieved by a single entity or a partner group account.

The page contains the following cards:

  • Global Competency Details card
    Lists each competency measure and shows your achievement towards each tier. A check mark indicates that you are meeting a requirement.
  • Global Specializations card
    Lists all of your achieved specializations for this competency. It shows the requirements and actual achievements for each competency measure by specialization. You can also see the status including safeguarding.
  • Detailed Account Specialization card:
    Lets partners who are achieving competencies as part of a partner group see the aggregated achievement for each partner entity and country per specialization.
