The Feature Usage Card for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition lists a subset of ten measured Features that are assigned to your purchased SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition product. It opens the Feature Usage Report page to view all measured Features.
 

1. From the side bar, select Portfolio & Products → My Product Portfolio. 
2. In the My Purchased Product list, click the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition product to reach its Purchased Product Details page and select the Usage.
3. Scroll to the Feature Usage List.
4. Take a first look at up to ten measured Features.
5. Click the Feature link in the Name column to read a description page of the respective Scope Item Definition on the SAP Process Navigator website.
6. Apply your required toolbar functions such as Search, Filter and Excel Export.
7. Click Show All below the list card to navigate to the Feature Usage List card, view and export measured Features.
8. Use the filter bar in the Feature Usage for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Report page to search and filter by visible and hidden columns.
    

Column with search function:

• Name – Feature name linked to a description page on the SAP Process Navigator website.

Columns with filter functions:

• DDA Status – indicates those features s with attribute “in scope” that were selected by the customer in the Digital Discovery Assessment tool to pinpoint their business needs during the sales cycle. Feature Usage data can be exported to Excel from the menu.
• L6M Usage Status – reflects the usage status Used or Non-Used of a Solution Capability for the last 6 months.
• L12M Usage Status – reflects the usage status Used or Non-Used of a Solution Capability for the last 12 months.

Sort columns:   

• Change Sort Order from Ascending to Descending.
• Sort by visible columns.

Group items in Feature Usage Report Page for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition:   

• Change Group Order from Ascending to Descending
• Group feature items by columns
• Disable grouping with item Not Grouped

Excel export:

• Download full list of Solution Capabilities for displayed product into Excel.
