• AI Units available – Shows the number of units available at the start of the current month.
• Expiring this month – Shows the number of AI units that will expire at the end of this month. (AI units expire at the end of each contract year.)
• Expiring next three months – This shows the total number of AI units that will expire within the next three months.

• AI units that are calculated for the current month are estimations based on when the data is retrieved.
• The monthly real calculations will start showing once monthly balance statements are finalized.

View a complete breakdown of AI units consumed by each of your products and the different features within each product.

• Filter consumption by month using the month selector at the top of the card.
• Find details of consumption grouped by products with individual features for each product.
• Each line items shows total Usage for that feature plus the amount Consumed during that month.
• Search / filter by products, usage, or consumption to quickly find the information you are looking for.
• Click on Product Name > Get AI Units  you can purchase additional units if needed.
• Click on Product Name > Get Assistance > Finance & Legal (SAP for Me). Additional help for general questions related to F&L.
• Click on Favorite to bookmark the product for quick access from your Favorites list. Favorited items appear at the top of your dashboard for easier navigation.

• To and From dates – Detail the time frame for when the balance statement was generated.
• Opening Balance – Shows the number of AI units available at the start of the balance period.
• Closing Balance – Shows the number of AI units remaining at the end of the balance period.
• Overage – Shows the number of AI units that you went over your available balance.
