Customer Cloud Projects Card

On the Customer Cloud Projects card, you can monitor waves with risk and in escalation that require urgent attention, register new projects, and launch a customer survey to your end customer for confirmed go-lives.

You can see the card if you have authorization provided by your Partner Security Manager for your partner company. Required permissions for this card are: Partner Security Manager and Partner Manager.

To view this card, you need to have Partner - End Customer Info & Support authorization.


Procedure

  1. From the sidebar, select Customer Success → Projects tab → Customer Cloud Projects card.
  2. Use the Filter to adjust the view of the card.
  3. When you access the card, you will be offered the standard view, with the option to switch to a global view. Switch to the global view by clicking the Down Arrow.
    This global view will allow visibility of all projects grouped by each customer.  
  4. Click on Settings to adjust the columns you wish to have visible on the card. 
  5. You have the flexibility to build your own view using the filtering option. Save the view by navigating back to the View option on the top left of the card, click the Down Arrow and under My Views, hit Save
  6. Ensure to review the Wave Stage – Stage of wave implementation (Not Started, Implementing, On Hold, Live).
    • Orange risk status will alert when some aspect of the project is at risk or deserves special attention.
    • Red / escalation levels alert when some aspect of the project has fallen dramatically behind, has encountered a major setback or is outside the expected parameter.
  7. You can initiate a customer survey by clicking Launch Customer Survey and selecting the respective partner from the project list. This sends the survey to the selected customer. If a customer completes the survey, you can view the results by clicking Access Survey Results from the card. 
  8. You can export the list to an .xlsx file on your computer.
